Nivya is an Urban Planner with a Civil Engineering background. She is passionate about sustainable development and inclusive planning. She believes that every development project should be people-centric and sustainable to balance present and future generations' environmental, economic, and social needs. 

At Scala Colab, Nivya conducts research, data management and spatial analysis in GIS. She holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from NIT Calicut, India and a Bachelor's degree in Technology with first-class honours in Civil Engineering. She enjoys making and learning craftwork in her spare time.
