Braundt is a GIS specialist with a background in Environmental Science. She believes the power of location intelligence is key to many environmental, social and urban problems. Her expertise lies in Spatial Data Science and Urban Analytics.

At Scala Colab Braundt conducts interdisciplinary research on urban environmental risks, designs and develops stunning maps and dashboards to convey the core message of Scala Colab in an interactive and engaging manner.

Born in Hong Kong, she is a Erasmus Mundus Scholar at MSc in Geospatial Technologies from Spain and Germany, and a holder of BSc in Environmental Science at University of East Anglia, UK. In her free-time she is by the sea windsurfing, doing yoga and playing the ukulele.
