Dr Ucci is an Associate Professor at University College London (Bartlett Faculty). Her research focuses on the interactions and tensions between sustainable building design/operation and occupant comfort, health and wellbeing. She is involved in several research projects and was the founder and initial Course Director of the Master’s Programme ‘Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings’ launched at UCL in 2017. 

She is Secretary of the UK Indoor Environments Group (UKIEG) and on the Editorial Board for Architectural Science Review as well as for Indoor and Built Environment.
