Namrata’s creative career began on a tangential path, working in museums, which helped her recognise the power of culture and design to change how people engage with the world around them. She works with clients through strategic design and behaviour change, with a strong focus on narrative to create spaces and experiences that are unique, immersive and compelling. 

She has worked on projects across Europe, in interdisciplinary teams that span design research, strategy and content development. Namrata has a Masters in Narrative Environments from Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design. At Scala Colab, she is working on the development of strategic, user-centred approaches to its projects.
